About this product
Cool Blue is an aquatic scent built from a top of sea breeze, citrus, a heart of marine accord and a dry-down of musk, woods. It is cosmetic grade and phthalate-free, and it keeps its character in melt and pour soap, cold process soap, candles, lotions and hair care.
