Returns and refunds

Because our products are cosmetic raw materials, we cannot take back opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. We will always make it right if something arrives wrong.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video and your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund for that item.

Unopened items

Unopened products in original sealed packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund is issued once we receive and check the item.

Not returnable

• Opened, used or re-packed products
• Custom blends, private label and bulk orders above 20 kg
• Items damaged by storage after delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent within 5 - 7 working days to your original UPI or bank account.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it ships by calling or messaging us with the order number.
