These terms apply to all use of this website and all orders placed with Soapycraft Inc, Plot Number: E-46, IIDC Kosi Kotwan-II, Industrial Area, Kosi Kalan, Uttar Pradesh-281403 (India).
Products
Our products are raw materials for making soap and cosmetics. Specifications shown are typical values; request a batch COA if you need exact figures. Always patch test finished products and follow the usage rates on each product page.
Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you placed your order will apply to it. If a price is listed wrongly by mistake, we will contact you before processing the order.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or the delivery address cannot be served.
Your responsibility
If you sell products made with our materials, you are responsible for labelling, testing and complying with the rules that apply to your products.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for results that depend on your formulation, process or storage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
