About this product
Our tea tree essential oil is obtained from the leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia and has a medicinal, fresh and woody aroma. Makers use it for acne face washes, anti-dandruff shampoo and hand sanitising washes. Every lot is checked for identity and purity before it is packed in amber bottles.
Recommended usage
- Melt and pour soap: 0.5 - 1% of base weight
- Liquid bases (shampoo, body wash): up to 1%
- Face oils and serums: 0.5 - 1% in a carrier oil
- Body and hair oils: 1 - 2% in a carrier oil
- Diffuser: 3 - 5 drops in water
Safety
Always dilute before skin use and patch test first. Keep away from eyes and children; consult a doctor before use during pregnancy.
Store tightly closed in a cool, dark place to protect the aroma.
